Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in graphic design
∎ Diploma in Graphics Design or equivalent
∎ Certification on UI/UX will be preferred.
∎ Must know HTML, CSS, Javascript
∎ Training/Trade Course: UI UX Design,Graphic Design
∎ Skills Required: HTML CSS, JavaScript, Strong graphic design skills, UI UX Design, UX Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design user interfaces and create seamless user experiences
∎ Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our clients
∎ Enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
∎ Implement UI/UX design principles and deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products.
∎ Continuously learn and grow as a UI/UX designer by staying up to date with industry trends and updates
∎ Write requirements, product feature and develop a good command over copywriting
∎ Work tightly with programmers and other team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You know how to process simplicity from complex user requirements.
∎ You know how to use tools like Mockup, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow.
∎ You have knowledge of user research and translating insights from research to your designs.
∎ You have great communication skills
∎ You are flexible, friendly and a team player
∎ You're eager to improve your UI/UX skills.
∎ You're good at listening and accepting feedback.
∎ You know web and mobile UI/UX technologies

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
