• Provide professional guidance to prospective students regarding study destinations (UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Hungary, Malaysia & France).
• Advise on course selection, admission requirements, scholarships, and career prospects.
• Assist students in preparing SOPs, LORs, and financial documentation.
• Conduct pre-departure briefings to ensure students are fully prepared for their academic journey.

Application Processing:

• Support the preparation and submission of applications to partner universities.
• Track application progress and maintain proactive communication with institutions.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of applications.

Visa Guidance & Compliance:

• Counsel students on visa requirements, GTE criteria, financial documents, and related regulations.
• Assist in preparing students for visa interviews with mock sessions and training.
• Ensure strict compliance with institutional and immigration policies.

Relationship & Communication Management:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner agents.
• Provide regular updates and feedback throughout the application and visa process.

Marketing & Outreach:

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events.
• Support the development of marketing content, social media engagement, and student success stories.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of student files, application status, and visa documentation.
• Utilize CRM tools for status updates, lead management, and reporting.

Team Collaboration & Professional Development:

• Collaborate with senior counselors and team members to deliver high-quality services.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of international education trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations through training and self-learning.

Social Media:

• Must be confident to make and appear in social media videos (for promotional and informational purposes).
