Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or any relevant field.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed test plans and strategies for applications and services, encompassing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
∎ Independently execute test cases, record and document test results, and meticulously analyze software defects to ensure the highest quality of the products. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency. Use industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks.
∎ Track and manage software defects throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation in issue tracking systems.
∎ Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and test coverage. Identify opportunities to implement new tools or techniques to improve the overall quality assurance process.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
∎ Conduct required in-depth testing of expected data integrity in various parts of the internal system. Solid knowledge of SQL and No-SQL database queries along with scripting capabilities to conduct these tests effectively.
∎ Conduct performance testing to assess the application's stability, responsiveness, and scalability under various conditions. Participate in security testing efforts to ensure the security and integrity of the software products and data.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports, to provide clear insights into the testing process and results.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance, and implement these practices to enhance the overall testing process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management and test automation tools.
∎ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with financial systems and fintech applications is an advantage.
∎ Solid programming knowledge for automation and white box testing.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
∎ Overall passion to build up a career as an SQA Engineer.
