Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE,ETE, Diploma in Engineering in Computer, Electronics, Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Service Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/STM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/POS/CASH SORTER/UPS Support Team, Technology Operations Department.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/STM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/POS/CASH SORTER/UPS, Problem Identification, Diagnosis, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers, handle and process customer complaints.
∎ Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Different Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Above 1 year Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred.
∎ Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).
∎ Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
∎ Willing to work extra time as and when required.
∎ Capable to journey all over Bangladesh.
∎ Hard working, possess dedication towards the responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The job is a field level job. Physical fitness and endurance required for fulfilling the job role
Salary: Negotiable
