∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Junior Officer (Traffic) shall work as In-Charge of the shift of traffic section and report to the Head of Security.
∎ Patrols assigned beat on foot/ on motorbike to control traffic movement inside plant premises and outside (Adjacent to Dhaka-Ctg Highway) during Rod delivery, Scrap & Billet Operation, Chemical vehicles and other vehicles movement.
∎ Coordinate with the Delivery, Logistics & Transport Department and several security posts to eradicate traffic jam inside and outside of the plant. Also, maintain traffic rules strictly to keep jam-free route.
∎ During scrap carrying operation, monitor all the movements of vehicles that are turned and roll at the plant.
∎ The officer has to maintain close liaison with traffic control team & the team reports any jam that occurred at their range, the officer will rush to the spot to prevent the jam immediately.
∎ The officer has to behave gently with the drivers to keep the smooth vehicle movement.
∎ During the Scrap Carrying Operation he has to perform additional duty/extra hours duty as per requirement within the plant and outside the plant (such as at port duty, patrol duty, etc.)
∎ If any accident /incident/ hazard/ unwanted situation or any emergency takes place inside or outside the plant, go there immediately & take appropriate measures informing the concerned department and agencies.
∎ Keep on watch over the activities of the people working in the plant and keep the Head of Security informed of any undesirable activities against the interest of the organization.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the seniors/ top management.
