Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture (Horticulture, Agronomy)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fruit tree plantation and management, Homestead gardening, LIvelihoods

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to Technical Assistant to implement the plan
∎ Follow-up the livelihood support activities regularly for effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Facilitate training on livelihoods interventions for the project beneficiaries and ensure training outcomes are materialized as successful strategies for income generating activities.
∎ Showcase the best practices of livelihoods activities (such as Homestead gardening, fruit tree plantation etc.) and disseminate the best technologies among the project beneficiaries and neighboring women beneficiaries for income generation.
∎ Collaboration and coordination with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities.
∎ Prepare project report as required and coordinate with the project stakeholders for successful implementation of the project activities.
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Prepare internal and external report
∎ Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Interview Method and documentation etc.
∎ Attend the visitors and donors from national and international agencies to visit centers and programs of Agriculture
∎ Arrange meeting with respective focal in camps and relevant premises
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
