Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• HSC
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales.      

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.        

• Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.       

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.        

• Prior experience in agriculture or organic products is a plus.  

• Achieve Daily and monthly sales targets.

• Report Sales activities to supervisor.

• Process sales orders, invoices and delivery documents accurately.

• Drive sales by assisting customers, providing expert advice on instruments and equipment, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets and enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering from suppliers, and maintaining store organization.

• Oversee budgets, monitor sales performance, and analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, such as in-store promotions, events, and collaborations, to drive customer traffic.
