Education:

Skills Required: BSTI,GMP,Knowledge on ISO and HACCP,Laboratory testing,Reporting and Documentation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Strong knowledge of BSTI guidelines, standards, and compliance procedures

  • Hands-on experience in food and organic product laboratory testing

  • Ability to prepare accurate test reports, analysis summaries, and documentation

  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety management systems

  • Knowledge of organic product standards and quality control processes

  • Ability to identify quality deviations and take corrective actions

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple samples/tasks simultaneously



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of food and organic products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with required standards

  • Perform chemical, microbiological, and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

  • Ensure all products meet regulatory, company, and industry quality requirements

  • Ensure compliance with BSTI guidelines, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BSTI regulations, testing procedures, and documentation requirements

  • Prepare accurate laboratory test reports, analysis summaries, and quality documentation

  • Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production and testing process

  • Maintain proper laboratory records, logs, and documentation as per SOP and compliance guidelines

  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of laboratory instruments and equipment

  • Identify quality deviations, non-conformities, and potential risks; report findings to management

  • Follow food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, and organic certification requirements

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples, chemicals, and laboratory waste

  • Support internal and external quality audits, including BSTI inspections

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues

  • Continuously monitor and improve laboratory testing methods and quality control processes
