• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Summary: Achieve the targeted sales volume by maintaining good relationships with the existing customers and creating new customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Prepare an action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target

2.     Ensure a periodic visit as per target from head office to all the farms and ponds to build a strong relationship with all the farmers.

3.     Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as market creation

4.     Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target

5.     Ensure necessary support to the customers with the help of the responsible technical service person and ensure their retention.

6.     Collect and share the competitor's information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.

7.     Provide required feedback to the supervisor/ management about the present scenario and future market trends to facilitate decision-making.

8.     Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.

9.     Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.

10.  Follow up and collect monthly credit from dealers (if any) regularly in an amicable way and deposit it in the company's account properly.

11.  Arrange transport facilities to transfer goods from the depot to the dealer

12.  Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company to achieve the monthly sales target.

13.  Establish minimum 01 (one) demo/model farm of broiler, layer, sonali, fish, or cattle in the respective area

14.  Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
