Experience:

• At least 1 year

• HSC
• Diploma in Agriculture
• Diploma in Fisheries
• Diploma in Livestock

• At least 1 year

• Age 20 to 35 years

Age: 20–35 years. Must be energetic, honest, and target-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be willing to work in field-level sales. Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an advantage. Previous experience in selling agricultural products will be preferred. Must have basic knowledge of smartphones and Android applications.

Job Context

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and hardworking Sales Promotion Officer (SPO) to expand our market coverage in the Rajshahi region. The selected candidates will play a key role in field sales, product promotion, dealer/retailer communication, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Managing the company's agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers & pesticides etc.) sales and marketing activities.

·       Visit markets daily and promote company products to retailers and wholesalers.

• Generate new dealers/retailers and maintain existing customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper distribution of products.

• Collect orders, follow up on delivery, and maintain sales records.

• Prepare daily sales reports and share with the line manager.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Assist in bill collection and ensure timely payment follow-up.

• Maintain professional behavior with customers and uphold the company’s code of conduct.

• Conducting product exhibitions, field days and promotional activities at the farmer level.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC passed or diploma (Agro)

• Graduation will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

·       Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales & marketing
