- Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales & marketing
- Candidates permanently residing in the districts where recruitment will be made Rangpur, Dinajpur, Gaibandha, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Panchagarh & Thakurgaon districts will be given priority.
- Must be energetic, honest, and target-oriented.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to work in field-level sales.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in selling agricultural products will be preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of smartphones and Android applications

Job Context
We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and hardworking Sales Promotion Officer (SPO) to expand our market coverage in the Rangpur region. The selected candidates will play a key role in field sales, product promotion, dealer/retailer communication, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the company's agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers & pesticides etc.) sales and marketing activities.
- Visit markets daily and promote company products to retailers and wholesalers.
- Generate new dealers/retailers and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper distribution of products.
- Collect orders, follow up on delivery, and maintain sales records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share with the line manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Assist in bill collection and ensure timely payment follow-up.
- Maintain professional behavior with customers and uphold the company’s code of conduct.
- Conducting product exhibitions, field days and promotional activities at the farmer level
