• Age At most 35 years

• Conduct prescription surveys to gather insights on product usage and market demand.

• Visit doctors, farmers, and chemists to assess their satisfaction with services and strengthen relationships.

• Evaluate field force effectiveness by reviewing customer coverage, satisfaction levels, frequency and quality of visits, product quality, delivery timelines, and other key service indicators.

• Document customer complaints, detailing the issue, resolution steps, and follow-up actions taken.

• Gather intelligence on competitor activities through market visits and interactions.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

• Conduct additional operational and quality audits as needed to support continuous improvement initiatives.
