We are seeking Regional/Area Sales Manager position for supporting Agri-Business Unit with good communication skills, Hardworking capability, integrity, well-disciplined and productivity focused.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Market Performance
• Achievement of Sales Targets, gain market Share, and make plan for Area Expansion in assigned region.
• Brand Awareness, market Penetration and customer focus. Building strong product or brand recognition
• Lead, supervise and motivate marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.
2. Planning, Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Effective Sales Planning & Reporting. Preparing and presenting well-informed area sales planning & reporting. Clear execution strategies, drive efficiency and trust.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Development
• Team Management & Guidance: Involves steering to relevant Team-setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching for performance enhancements.
• Monitoring sales progress, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to senior management
4. Operational Excellence:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
• Cash / Collection Management: Ensuring timely collection from the market helps maintain the financial health of the operation and indicates disciplined field management.
• Identify and onboard new stockist and retailers to expand the company’s network in the region.
• Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, team coordination, reliability, negotiation skills and the influence to align partners toward goals.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
