We are seeking Marketing officer/ Senior Marketing Officer position for supporting Agri-Business Unit with good communication skills, Hardworking capability, integrity, well-disciplined and productivity focused.

Mission: To supply quality, effective, and environmentally responsible solutions, empowering farmers to achieve higher yields safely.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Market Performance: Target Achievement: Ability to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets as per budget. Building strong product or brand recognition.
2. Field Activities & Farmer Engagement: Conducting farmer engagement sessions, promotional activities, pre-seasonal campaigns. Implement 4R approach for Product promotion.
3. Planning, Reporting & Documentation: Preparing accurate forecasts, sales plans, and marketing & sales activities with documentation.
4. Client & Channel Relationship Management: Building strong ties with traders, dealers, distributors, and model farmers; maintaining these relationships for sustained business.
5. Operational Excellence: Ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time; push-pull balance and liquidation based on market conditions and customer needs.
6. Mobility & Availability: Willingness to Travel: Frequent field visits to remote or rural areas are often required, having a motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
07. Attitude & Reliability: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; adapt to changing rural and market conditions, disciplined follow-up and ethical conduct. Avoid any personal financial or product transactions with distributors or retailers.
