Responsibilities & Context:
Visit fish farms regularly to assess pond conditions, fish health, and farming practices.
Recommend appropriate aqua products (feed, probiotics, medicines, chemicals) based on pond conditions.
Conduct farmer meetings, seminars, and training programs on aquaculture practices.
Expand market coverage by developing new territories and customers.
Build strong relationships with: Farmers, Dealers, Hatchery owners
& Local stakeholders.
Conduct regular farm visits and monitor product performance.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis.
Promote aqua products and conduct demonstrations in the retail market.
