Responsibilities & Context:
  • Customer Care work(preferred e-commerce)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media

  • Receive customer complaints, record them in the system, and ensure proper resolution

  • Must have a pleasant, confident, and polite speaking tone.
