Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct sales of live birds with 100% honesty and integrity.
∎ Responsible for sales of Live Bird as per budgeted target.
∎ Responsible for strict adherence to price fixed by the regional head.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with traders for Live Bird sales.
∎ Adhering to the designated area's sales plan based on schedule from senior/supervisors
∎ Responsible for instant after sales reporting
∎ Responsible for updating daily tasks through ERP/Sale Application
∎ Responsible for 100% collection from the customers.
∎ Strict adherence to sales policy and procedures.
∎ Responsible for maintaining good relationship with traders and customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good relationship and understanding skills (with farmers and buyers)
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ Willing to go anywhere in Bangladesh on demand
∎ Available in phone & attend calls any time.
∎ The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge of a smart phone.
