∎ Skills Required: Broiler Farm Management, broiler Production, Commercial Broiler Management, Commercial poultry managment, Computer skill, poultry disease , Poultry Farm Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Broiler Farm Management, poultry disease , Poultry Farm Management, Poultry feed, rearing of poultry and livestock
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Livestock, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run and monitor contractual farming business to accelerate farmer focused broiler integration farming business, closely mobilise and monitor the particular branch and it’s whole team for achieving expected goals in quest to be a market leader.
∎ Run, maintain, lead, train and monitor the integration field force and sales team to convey profitability and potential growth about all aspects of contractual broiler farming and benefits to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses.
∎ Provide necessary training, guidelines, and proper assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free.
∎ Create and promote long term relationships with farmers to retain business and be aware of competitor's business status
∎ Mobilise the sales team to acquire maximum profitability.
