∎ Job Description:
∎ As a Junior Sales and Marketing Officer at Project 2Morrow Software Ltd. and Design 2morrow, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our software solutions to a wide range of organizations in local and foreign market both.
∎
∎ Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Delivering engaging product demos to prospective clients across various organizations.· Preparing comprehensive documentation related to sales, marketing, and project development· Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to execute strategies and meet objectives.· Performing administrative tasks as required to support the sales and marketing function. Undertaking tasks and assignments as directed by your line manager. You need to visit customers, attend different expo.
∎ If you perform well, you may be selected to attend foreign expo / meeting as well.

∎ What We Are Looking For:
∎ We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses:
∎ Strong Communication Skills (English, Bangla): Ability to articulate solutions and service features clearly and confidently. Good accent in Banla and English is needed.
∎ Situation Management: Ability to take a complex situation in company’s favor logically; especially during demo and customer meeting.
∎ Dedication: A committed and hardworking team player.
∎ Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of analyzing issues and finding effective solutions.
∎ Quick Thinking: Able to make informed decisions on the go in a dynamic environment.·
∎ Team work: Ability to equip yourself quickly with sound knowledge from different teams (i.e; software development team, UI/UX team, digital marketing team, interior design team etc of both the companies) on our offered solutions and services. Need to keep a friendly environment. ·
∎ Positive Attitude: In any kind of situation, you need to possess positive thinking and approach. We maintain a congenial atmosphere in our office.

∎ Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent degree from a recognized public or private university. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
