• 1–3 years of hands-on Python development experience with Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework for building APIs.

• Extensive experience with Django ORM and model design, including relationships, migrations, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with front-end integration and consuming APIs.
• Understanding of software development best practices (version control with Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
• Exposure to domains such as accounting, CRM, POS, inventory management, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and collaborative mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Python Django Developer to join our product engineering team. You will contribute to building and maintaining software solutions across domains such as accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Django REST Framework, strong working knowledge of relational databases, and deep familiarity with Django ORM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Build robust REST APIs with Django REST Framework to support web and mobile clients.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas; write efficient queries and migrations.
• Leverage Django ORM for complex data models and relationships.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and continuous improvement of code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects promptly.
• Help implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Write clear technical documentation and maintain meaningful commit messages.
