Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Honesty and Sincerity, Positive mindset for fieldwork
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible reviewing given production plan and for doing follow-up on pre-production activities.
∎ Doing follow-up on live production updates in ERP Software.
∎ Follow-up with inventory team based on next 03 weeks input plan.
∎ Preparing pre-production activities with the deadlines and doing follow-up properly.
∎ Being positive to eliminate short cutting and short shipment.
∎ Meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target.
∎ Ensure the execution of planning and production activities of the garment division.
∎ Building positive working relationship with co-workers to maximize productivity.
∎ Daily communication with merchandising and production department.
∎ Update/alert with sufficient time in hand for any late deliveries or shortages.
∎ Coordinating lab tests of fabrics, garments and final goods inspections.
∎ Following up with production and shipping reports.
∎ Tracking production and monitoring delivery status by actively studying and challenging WIP charts.
∎ Attend necessary production meetings and also prepare required reports from FR with the help of the IT.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Good analytical skills and strong team building.
∎ Good IQ knowledge and good thinking.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
