Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Fresh graduate with strong academic background are encourage to apply, ITIL, ITSM, SaaS project, Web Technologies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and set up business requirements and/or develop workflow to solve the issues.
∎ Support configuring systems/tools for new clients to meet specific requirements.
∎ Provide day-to-day support of the systems for the internal users and answer questions or assist in resolving data and formatting issues, provide recommendations on new/unique situations, and process more difficult changes/requests.
∎ Troubleshoot issues with the systems and work to resolve functionality-related issues and escalate technical issues to the appropriate response teams.
∎ Provide training to the clients/internal teams regarding the use, functionality, and navigation of the systems and system functionality enhancements.
∎ Prepare general use guides and develop client-specific documentation and templates.
∎ Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing to ensure a seamless product migration. Provide feedback on product functionality enhancements based on interactions with customers.
∎ Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Product Operations or as Solution / Support executive.
∎ Expertise with acquisition tools / CRM like Lead Squared, Salesforce etc.
∎ Exposure to handle and resolve production issues in a high-performance environment.
∎ Familiarity with tech stacks and integration APIs.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
