Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Input new employee Information (personal details, position, salary, Increment, leave records) as well as checking and updating existing all employee information in HRM Software.
∎ Daily attendance purpose ensures face machine data receive, process and saving in HRM software.
∎ Generate monthly salary sheet, OT payment sheet, pay slip and various types of payment sheets from HRM software.
∎ Generate yearly earn leave encashment sheet and festival bonus sheet.
∎ Ensure daily & monthly attendance for all employees.
∎ Ensure proper check of absence employee attendance in HRM software as well as update attendance record as suggested/ Corrected form floor time keeper.
∎ Provide manpower details & daily overtime report to IE department according their requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly/ yearly/ special increment sheet and update approved increment in HRM software.
∎ Participate cash salary disbursement to floor workers (only cash part employee) with disbursement team.
∎ Prepare various report like resign, lefty, new join, ID card, audit documents, H&M PD data information.
∎ Prepare and provide different HR & Payroll information as per the management requirements.
∎ Ensure proper payroll account card check and status update.
∎ Any other task assign (related with designation) by department head/management.
