Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed University with minimum CGPA 3.00
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulate and verify accuracy of loan documents by using a predefined checklist
∎ Ensure loan files contain the applicable forms, documentation, proper signatures, dates and other relevant information by using a checklist
∎ Responsible for disbursement of loan proceedings before file is sent to Credit Administration Department
∎ Scan all loan items, loans, etc. into loan file
∎ Forward all applicable original loan documents for storage in the collateral vault
∎ Forward the loan file to the Loan Processing Department by set guidelines
∎ Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Business Unit, CPV & CRM for various issues
∎ Communicate with client, Legal Team, Technical Team & other stakeholders for different issues
∎ Arrange to complete signing of all required docs & charge docs from the clients & PG in IDLC branch premise
∎ Taking approval (deferral/deviation/waiver) with prevailing policy
∎ Maintaining communication with respective business personnel to collect pending documents (if any), with respective credit analysts and maintaining liaison with legal, technical, CIF & CIB team
∎ Maintaining internal and external compliance, ensuring minimum number of files disbursement per month
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill both oral and written
∎ Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures will be an added advantage
∎ Able to work under pressure
