Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed University with minimum CGPA 3.00
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper documentation of proposals forwarded to CRM with proper seal, sign and signature
∎ Give input of information based on respective verified documents, loan details from application form and rate/spread matrix, asset, liability and bank account details from clients’ asset documents, sanction letter/CIB report and bank statements respectively
∎ Give input of security based on application form, legal documents and updated developers category list
∎ Ensure all the mandatory documents are uploaded in OCAS by business
∎ Take necessary actions to request for TVR, legal vetting, CIF and CIB report of clients
∎ Communication with respective RM and RBM for collection of pending documents (if any) and preparation of credit appraisals
∎ Communication with respective credit analysts
∎ Maintaining liaison with legal, technical, CIF & CIB team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill both oral and written
∎ Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures will be an added advantage.
∎ Able to work under pressure
