Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure Spare Parts stock as per Demand Note.
∎ Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Implement inventory control procedures to track the movement of spare parts, including receiving, issuing, and returns.
∎ Maintain Daily Out Materials (DOM) with Sample Management and G.P process.
∎ To ensure the right product is received & delivered with proper documentation.
∎ To maintain Stock Reports or Daily Issue Materials (DIM).
∎ Responding to Corrective and Preventive Action (CPA) with root cause analysis.
∎ To ensure Store and Godown are well-organized and efficient according to SOP.
∎ Any other Weekly/Monthly or Instant Work/ Visit/ Report assigned by the Authority.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to understand their spare parts needs and ensure timely availability.
∎ Ensure that all spare parts are stored safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy must be needed.
∎ Candidate must have work experience in Yarn & Gray Fabric Store.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
