Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Lean tools and keep floors in observation for Identifying the abnormalities and provide on spot solution through root cause analysis to reduce the rate of Non Value Added activities
∎ Implement Yamazumi for line balancing to attain the best possible efficiency
∎ Identify and respond or escalate floor level challenges and resolve the problems along with Team Leader/GL or Team Members to teach the TMs how to overcome similar problems to reduce the percentages of idle time
∎ Ensure Audit of the implemented Lean tools daily, weekly, monthly and report high & low scoring areas to identify the areas of improvement to eliminate or reduce the rate of wastes
∎ Maintain and ensure that all the Visual boards are available and updated to ensure on time data availability to reduce the Non Value Added time due to data search
∎ Implement Kaizen to bring a good change to the related operation to improve quality, productivity, morale, safety or to decrease cost or time
∎ Report non-compliance and Identify the areas of improvement for S6S to help the team fix the problems to increase the quality of work
∎ Participate in the Lean projects that WCO team has initiated and work closely with the relevant departments for improving the process to attain the best possible quality and efficiency
∎ Prepare and generate information regarding KPIs and Lean implementation status through Reports, Graphs and Visual Display on daily, weekly and monthly basis in order to deliver on time data visibility to production floors and facilitate management decisions within a timely manner
∎ Participate in the Weekly and Monthly Problem Solving/Knowledge sharing Activities and Meetings (Floor wise/Group wise) to provide a solution with the concern of the process owners so that the problem is minimised at an acceptable range or eliminated
∎ Facilitate conducting weekly Waste Walk with the presence of each line/floor representatives to identify the wastes of that line/floor to eliminate them through Kaizen by ECRS method
∎ Conduct monthly training session with Team member/ Team Leader/Group Leader in the shop floor and other departments to empower them on lean tools so that they can eliminate/reduce the wastes on their own

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Will have to stay in Nilphamari / Saidpur.
∎ Good interpersonal & presentation Skill
∎ Leadership ability to lead the team.
∎ Professional training will get preference
∎ Good working knowledge of MS office Programme
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing projects under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
