• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Metal & Aluminium Manufacturing

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Sufficient knowledge  about  ASME Standard.

• AWS Standard.

• ISO Standard.

• RINA Standard.

• Ensure welding quality of finished product & raw materials by chemical analysis as per ASME Standard, AWS Standard, ISO Standard and RINA Standard.

• Develop and maintain a quality plan to implement the Quality System as per compliance and requirements.

• Perform visual test of products such as Bend test, Hot Cracking test, Micrographic Examination (NDT).

• Perform mechanical test of electrodes by hardness, Tensile & Impact testing Investigate complaints & analysis the reasons of failure in case of returned products from customer’s end.

• Responsible for resolving quality issues by identifying problems and suggest probable options for solution.

• Coordinate with Sales and Production department to resolve customer complaints and maintain product quality as per drawing.

• All activities related to the certificates of RINA and BV must be monitored.
