Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd., a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a sincere and dependable professional for the position of Supervisor – CNF & Logistics. The role will support import and export logistics operations, ensuring timely documentation, coordination, and delivery processes. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support import clearance activities and ensure smooth facilitation of consignments, including operations at Dhaka Airport.

• Coordinate with forwarders to collect Delivery Orders (DO) and Air Way Bills (AWB) for shipment processing.

• Ensure timely collection of Export CTN from courier and arrange proper handover to concerned parties.

• Maintain and verify all import-related documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Arrange dispatch of original documents to the factory after completion of delivery through mover/C-Van.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure quick processing to avoid delays in clearance and delivery.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth logistics operations.

• Perform duties efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
