প্যাকিং লাইনের কাজ তদারকি করা এবং সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা নিশ্চিত করা
প্রোডাক্ট নির্ধারিত ওজন, মান ও স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী প্যাকিং হচ্ছে কিনা দেখা
প্যাকিং ম্যাটেরিয়াল ও ফিনিশড প্রোডাক্টের হিসাব রাখা
কোয়ালিটি চেক করা এবং ড্যামেজ/ত্রুটি রোধ করা
ফ্যাক্টরির হাইজিন ও ফুড সেফটি নিয়ম (GMP/HACCP) মানা হচ্ছে কিনা নিশ্চিত করা
