কোন সনামধন্য বেকারী, দই, মিষ্টির শোরুমে কাজ বা ফাস্টফুড সপে কাজ করার নূন্যতম ১-২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
পজ মেশিন ও সফটওয়্যার এবং মাইক্রোসফট অফিসের উপর পূর্ন ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা এবং স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকতে হবে।
BSTI এবং খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা আইন সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণ সহ কাস্টমার রিলেশন বৃদ্ধিতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
পণ্যের বিশদ এবং গুণগত মান ব্যাখ্যা করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
আপ সেলিং বা বিক্রি বাড়ানোর কৌশল সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
গাণিতিক ও পরিমাপ হিসাব সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
ডিসপ্লে তে রক্ষিত পণ্যের সঠিক ব্যবস্থাপনার সক্ষমতা।
বিনয়ী আন্তরিক পরিশ্রমী এবং দীর্ঘক্ষণ দাঁড়িয়ে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
