• Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot computer systems, printers, scanners, and other devices used in production and office environments.

• Respond to IT issues quickly, minimizing downtime for employees and production teams.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Ensure that servers, workstations, and other IT systems are properly configured and secure.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT security protocols to safeguard data.

• Track and manage IT assets, including computers, network equipment, and production-related technology.

• Implement data backup strategies to prevent data loss in case of hardware failure or cyber incidents.

• Monitor backup systems and ensure that recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.

• Assist in data recovery and restoration when data is accidentally deleted or corrupted.

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT-enabled production technologies, such as automated machines or digital printing systems.
