Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Purchase orders from various departments.
∎ Collect samples or product information from the store.
∎ Follow up on Ston/DI/ Gate pass etc.
∎ Processing bill vouchers and submit to inventory.
∎ Prepare daily reports.
∎ All kinds of purchase work have to be done
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
∎ Any other related task assigned assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Organization development/process improvement
∎ Pleasant personality with positive attitude
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
