Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation:
∎ Collaborate with our clients to understand their requirements and configure our solutions to meet their needs. This includes installation, setup, and customization.
∎ Technical Support:
∎ Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and challenges. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, both remotely and on-site when necessary.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Update product documentation as needed.
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products by providing feedback and insights gained from client interactions.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and product management, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
