Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Good IQ, Honesty and Sincerity, Innovative, Positive Thinking, Take Chalenges, team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RMG Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating SMV data base for dry & wet process operations.
∎ New style samples collect and prepare operation break down with SMV to calculate plan target.
∎ Make style wise operation breakdown with SMV for wet process according to the recipe.
∎ Providing section wise plan production for both shift ( Day & Night)
∎ Process & section wise hourly production monitoring.
∎ Capacity study.
∎ Production study.
∎ Nonproductive time monitoring and recording.
∎ Maintain section wise manpower & work hours transfer in and out records.
∎ Make daily manpower allocation report. (1st dry process & 2nd dry process section wise).
∎ Make daily manpower allocation report section wise of wet process.
∎ Make dry & wet process daily efficiency report. (1st dry process & 2nd dry process section wise).
∎ Make dry & wet process Monthly Performance report.(1st dry process & 2nd dry process section wise).
∎ Update workers skill inventory.
∎ Monitor wash receive & delivery Report.
∎ Motivate production staff & training about IE.
∎ Checking workers individual skills during recruitment.
∎ Administrative nonproductive time recording & report.
∎ Section wise weekly KPI make & share with factory concern person in KPI meeting.
∎ Prepare machine utilization report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good attitude
∎ Good analytical skills and strong team building.
∎ Computer applications (MS Word, Excel & Power Point etc.)
∎ Good Communication skill in English.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
