∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM will be preferable

Adminstration, Factory HR operations and Administration, HR Payroll., Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Hotel, Multinational Companies, Transport Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead the interview and selection process of the company and ensure that all the recruitment is based on organogram, Job description, and Job specifications.
∎ • Develop and maintain relationships with renowned HR Consulting agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
∎ • Responsible for implementing the standard & good HR practices both in the Corporate Office and in Units.
∎ • Recommend, develop, and schedule cost-effective training and development courses based on TNA.
∎ • Assist, update & help prepare company policies and follow up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
∎ • Initiate, monitor, and review annual performance appraisals of both Management staff & workers of corporate offices and units.
∎ • Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended to and initiated as per the labor law.
∎ • Assist in developing, reviewing, ing, and revising the Human Resources Management Guidelines, preparing group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal, etc.
∎ •Assist in providing standards, advice, and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessments) of employees within the set time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Should have experience in a similar position in a recognized hospital will get preference.
∎ Must have very good composing speed in Bengali and English (Word, XL, PowerPoint, Etc).
∎ Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Must have excellent communication & coordination skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Should be honest, energetic, and polite in a manner with a positive personality.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
