Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for receiving and delivering all types of RMA products.
∎ After receiving the product, inform and confirm receipt with the customer.
∎ Maintain daily communication with the customer, providing updates via phone and email.
∎ Keep the customer informed regarding the status of their product throughout the RMA process.
∎ Handover the faulty product to the Product In and Out Maintenance Section or the supplier for further action.
∎ Regularly communicate with suppliers, OEMs, and distributors to receive real-time updates on products being sent for RMA purposes.
∎ Stay updated with the latest RMA guidelines, policies, and procedures as per BCS/OEM requirements.
∎ Provide regular reports to the team leader regarding the status and progress of RMA products.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader to support the RMA process.
