Star Tech Ltd., is expanding its Customer Support Team and seeking five (5) Junior Executive/Executive – Hotline professionals to manage inbound/ outbound calls, address customer queries, and confirm online and retail orders while ensuring superior service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tackle hotline calls professionally.
- Address customer queries and complaints while providing top-notch product information with a positive attitude.
- Maintain meticulous records of all complaints and requests.
- Confirm online orders efficiently.
