Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd. Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men and Women.
∎ Bank Payment Voucher and all kind of Journal voucher posting to Tally software.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation, statement & cash flow statement.
∎ Daily sales invoice checking and monitoring of Sales Software.
∎ Reconciliation of physical stock with sales software & Tally software.
∎ To check head office & factory petty cash Prepare monthly Stock Report , sales report & sales
∎ Incentive Report To check sales replacement of all Branches/Showroom Have to visit showroom location inside Dhaka on a regular basis to ensure and implement all company set standard of retail operation.
∎ Responsible for documentation and safety of financial documents of Accounts.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
