∎ Maintain an organized database of contacts and communication history.
∎ Monitor and identify relevant projects on various freelance and bidding platforms.
∎ Prepare and submit compelling proposals to win projects.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date record of bids, outcomes, and client interactions.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and objectives.
∎ Provide regular reports on email and bidding activities and results.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach strategies.
