The company is currently seeking candidates for the position of Junior Executive / Senior Executive in the Computer Hardware Engineering and RMA Department. The role involves assembling and servicing PCs, laptops, and computer accessories, as well as managing product return processes efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Hardware Engineering
Assemble, configure, diagnose, and repair desktops, laptops, all-in-one systems, and servers based on customer requirements.
Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server platforms, ensuring optimal system performance.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) efficiently.
Test assembled systems to verify functionality, performance, and quality standards.
Source computer parts and accessories from suppliers as required.
Manage and update inventory records using company software.
Advise customers on hardware compatibility, upgrades, and solutions.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational efficiency.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Process and manage RMA requests accurately and within defined timelines.
Review and validate customer return requests in accordance with company and OEM warranty policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding return status, replacements, and refunds.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, technical, and sales) and suppliers to ensure efficient RMA resolution.
Oversee receiving, handling, and tracking of returned and warranty products throughout the RMA lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all RMA transactions.
Monitor open cases and follow up proactively to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular RMA performance reports for management review.
Identify recurring product or process issues and escalate findings for continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational efficiency.
