∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution
∎ Good English Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with proficiency.
∎ Manage official Facebook pages, gather leads, and maintain updated records and reports.
∎ Address customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to superiors when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to deliver fast and professional support.
∎ Take on additional tasks assigned by management as required.
∎ Identify sales opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and pursue leads via calls, messages, and social media.
∎ Respond to inquiries, record sales data, and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.
