Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Executive,IT Specialist to lead and oversee all operations within the Information Technology (IT) department and troubleshoot technical issues, manage networks, support applications, and drive digital transformation with cost-effective solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations, including troubleshooting network, hardware, and device issues.
• Provide support for in-house software issues and 3rd party applications. 
• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
• Monitor and maintain seamless internet and data connectivity with effective bandwidth management.
• Plan and execute network solutions across different project durations.
• Prepare and monitor IT budgets, aligning with organizational goals.
• Maintain updated IT-related documentation and provide basic ICT training and guidance to users.
• Research and plan for the adoption of new technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization
