Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide immediate on-site troubleshooting and resolution of all IT hardware issues (Desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, label printers, routers, switches, access points, CCTV, biometric attendance devices, etc.).
- Monitor network and internet connectivity; coordinate with ISP when required.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment and software as needed.
- Check and verify functionality of all devices and systems before every shift starts.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and escalate critical issues to the central IT team promptly.
- Assist users across all warehouse departments with day-to-day technical difficulties.
- Support CCTV footage retrieval, access control systems, and other security-related devices.
- Work in rotational shifts (day/night/weekend/holiday) to provide true 24/7 coverage.
