Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,Microsoft Office Package
∎ Training/Trade Course: Mikrotik,Cisco,IT Support
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Configure and maintain Mikrotik Router, Cisco Switch, Access Point and Wifi Router.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Possibly training more junior staff members.
∎ Manage external vendors relationships and services.
∎ Asterisk or any call center dialer basic knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Candidates having Mikrotik certification will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office suit.
