∎ Very sound knowledge in Laptop and computer devices
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to internal users (hardware/software/network issues)
∎ Support routine system checks, updates, and data backups
∎ Maintain inventory of IT equipment and related documentation
∎ Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required
∎ Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain service logs
∎ Provide day-to-day technical support to team members across the organization
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
∎ Monitor and maintain different server
∎ Support the onboarding of new employees with device setup and system access.
∎ Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the department head.
∎ Must have to maintain roster duty.
