Responsibilities & Context:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for desktops, laptops and printers.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Maintain and operate PA (Public Address) system effectively.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of IT-related equipment in the factory.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
