Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and assistance to the IT department, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks;
∎ Installing, implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
∎ Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, CCTV, IP Camera, attendance device management;
∎ Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication;
∎ Must have hands-on experience in network cabling, routing and switching;
∎ Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards;
∎ Maintain CCTV system;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ ISP, IT Enabled Service;
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Good communication skill;
∎ Candidate must reside near factory (Joydebpur, Gazipur).
