Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attendance Register Maintenance
∎ Corresponding between customer & factory over phone & email
∎ Website www.hbmtex.net maintenance, Regular product update.
∎ Customer search from our selected websites.
∎ Regular meeting schedule, Fix Appointment, Dictation as PS to MD
∎ Sample Register Maintenance, Sample measurement, Learning about sample quality, consumption & communication between Merchandisers, Quality Department.
∎ File Keeping management
∎ Courier Register Maintenance. Sending & Receiving courier from customer, Sending to C&F Agents, Collection parcel, Check the parcel & send to office & factory Merchandisers & Q/Cs
∎ Office valuable properties maintenance. For example All kinds of fabric testing equipment like Washing Machine, GSM Cutter, GSM Check, Shade Light Box, Weight Machine, PABX, Fax, Laptop, Internet Modem, Projector, Mobile Phone Etc for all the stuffs of the company.
∎ Attend at regular meeting between in-house management, factory people, foreign customers.
∎ Arranging company stuffs all sorts of travelling documents like, contact with selected travel agencies, preparing & monitor VISA papers, flight booking, changing rescheduling flight status, hotel booking keep updated all sorts of travel data to MD, CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ No social networking communication like Face Book, YouTube, Twitter, IMO + Others Except WhatsApp & Skype are allowed inside office area.
∎ No personal mobile allowed or carried inside office premises. You will be entitled company mobile with a corporate SIM which you can share with all of your friends & family members.
∎ You will be entitled company Laptop, Mobile with Postpaid SIM, Camera, Internet Modem or any kind of office properties individually & can be carried with you at your home or outside but by keeping in mind those are not for any personal uses you must handle these with a good care. Any kind of illogical damages, lost, stolen, hacking of company secret data or compromising between customer vendor will be treated as serious violation of company policy & will be directly affected at your professional career.
∎ Apart from friendly but professional, any kind of personal relationship between company employee & employer will be strictly prohibited.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ 60% Basic & 40% Others
