∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ The key responsibility of this post will be divided into two parts.
∎ Part_1 is In Bangladesh.
∎ As far as DhruboTH is a Thailand Based company engaged in Apparel & Clothing Export Import & Trading & buying house business, but the main business strategy of DhruboTH is like a business HUB. Due to lots of complicated issues, our abroad clients prefer to make their vendor meeting at a middle country like Thailand & we made our office their in order to make a bridge between Bangladeshi RMG Owners, directors, chairmen or their high officials to carry over there & attend seasonal meetings to present their sampling, negotiating prices, quantity & placement of ultimate orders to Bangladesh.
∎ In 2 seasons A/W & S/S there will be 4 meetings.
∎ The candidates must have mentality to attend on those meetings & carry all the respectful personalities from Bangladesh to Thailand & take back them safely. Candidates for this post must have abilities to search internet, sourcing of good hotels with the best worthy of money, collecting passports, preparing all necessary papers to submit papers to VFS Thai to get vendor's Visa.
∎ Their major responsibility will also be look after the Traveler's schedule, flight booking, ticketing, travelers health issues, fooding, accommodation at Thailand & smart capabilities to handle/tackle any kind of unexpected situation if occurred.
∎ If any clients wants to make all the procedures at Dhaka instead of Thailand, on that situation, the candidates must act like the right key hand of our company directors. Collecting all pricing, papers, meetings scheduled from factories to prepare excel sheets of full agenda of meeting, booking appropriate hotel to receiving client from Airport to send him/her to hotel destination, taking care of their any logical needs, pick up them from hotel to carry to office or factories, i mean, performing yourself a an great adviser show your best hospitality & make them comfortable & confidence, going to any place which might be full Unknown for a stranger to buy something.
∎ So that's the major criteria of Part_1
∎ Now Part_2 is Thailand Part
∎ Candidates will be a helping hand of our abroad clients part who usually complete all the necessity procedures by themselves until they arrive at Thailand. But sometimes to merge with the BD Vendors Schedule, they need our help. The respective candidates will jump on that situation.
∎ Their another major responsibilities will be after arriving there, they will be straight to a smart secretary of Our company directors. They will keep all the notes, records of the ins & out meetings issues, quantity, style no. negotiable prices etc. Side by side as the clients came from abroad are our assets, so they must take a special care of them keeping apart from local vendors so the all the data privacy can be maintained properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Just Be Smart, Smiling & Capable to handle high officials
∎ Duty Times: 8 Hours/ 10AM-6PM.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ As per BD Govt Rules @ 60% Basic @ 30% House Rent @ 10% Utility = 100% Gross. The salary ranges mentioned at add is Gross. Salary to be paid at the 1st week of each calendar months.
